We turn
complexity
into clean systems.

Legacy Logik is a small, AI-assisted SaaS studio. We design, build, and operate lean digital products, powered by an internal AI workforce that moves at the speed of good decisions.

What we do

A few things
we're shipping.

A snapshot of current work, not the limit of what we'll take on. Today: a custom-build service line, a validated product in production, and a plugin in development. Bring us a B2B software problem that doesn't fit cleanly into any of these, and we'll still scope it.

SVC · 01 — custom build

Custom SaaS development.
Scope to ship, fully documented.

We take B2B software problems from zero to a deployed product. Every engagement begins with a defined scope, moves through a documented architecture phase, and builds at a controlled cadence.

PRD · 01 — validated

White-label ROI platform.

A branded, embeddable ROI calculator for real estate developers and sales orgs. Models pre-construction and resale scenarios. Live in production at AMARI Tulum.

PRD · 02 — in development

AI workforce plugin for Claude Code & Cowork.

A commercial release of our internal workforce: specialist agents, human-gated review, and documented protocols, packaged as a plugin that drops into your own developer environment.

Disciplined, not fast-and-loose.

Every decision logged. Every phase gated. Every system documented. The same workforce that builds our products is what we're packaging up to sell.

// how we build

A structured pipeline.
Five phases. Every project.

Click a phase. Every Legacy Logik engagement moves through these five stages: scoped before we build, validated before we ship.

01Scope+
Defined intake. We start with a written scope, a problem statement, and a constraint map. Nothing leaves this phase without sign-off.
02Architecture+
Stack picked, data model drawn, decision log started. The architect agent produces an ADR; humans approve before code is written.
03Build+
Phased implementation in two-week cadences. Engineer agents produce diffs; humans review, merge, and gate the next phase.
04Validate+
QA matrix run before any handoff. We deploy to a Legacy Logik production environment and run the product ourselves first.
05Operate+
Documented handoff with runbooks, ops dashboards, and on-call protocols. The system survives without us in the room.

A small team can outbuild a department:
if the system holds.

Legacy Logik was founded on the idea that a small, disciplined team with the right AI infrastructure can build and operate a portfolio of scalable software products, without the cost, complexity, or overhead of a traditional development organization.

Buildsmall first. Validate before you scale.
Avoidcomplexity. Simplicity compounds.
